Design and Display

The Realme XT features Gorilla Glass 5 on the front and back. Realme's prime focus is in the affordable value-for-money segment but this doesn't stop it from experimenting with the looks or offering a premium design. It has a curved glass design and comes in two gradient color options - Pearl Blue and Pearl White. The phone has a 6.4-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED Dewdrop display with a small waterdrop notch. The display has a resolution of 1080 x 3240 pixels and a 91.9% screen-to-body ratio. It has a night mode as well. The back panel ditches the diamond pattern for multi-colored streaks, which is visible when light reflects off it at certain angles. The phone has a dewdrop notch on the top, which houses the 16-megapixel selfie camera. This is also used for face unlock, which, just like previous offerings, works very well in the daytime and at night. However, since there's no infrared camera, authentication will fail if you have sunglasses on. The buttons on the Realme XT are ergonomically placed and we have a triple slot for two nano-SIM cards and a microSD card on the left side. The USB Type-C port and a headphone jack are at the bottom, which also houses a Dolby Atmos capable loudspeaker.
